Refuse to sell

We may refuse to sell products to you for any of the below reasons : -

If our logistics service provider refused to deliver to your location
Restriction by law and order
Natural disasters, terror threats, riots, etc.
In any of the above cases, we will inform you the same and initiate a complete refund ( your bank may charge some fee)

Shipping and return policy

Domestic (Pan India)

We ship on all working days (except Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and regional holidays).
Orders may take from 2 to 10 days to Deliver.
Some products may have a special lead time, So kindly go through the product information page before you place an order.
To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest period, we ship via reputed logistics services with tracking.
In case of any issue related to the delivery of the order, the customer has to report us within 10 days from the date of order shipping, no complaint after 10 days will be entertained.
The shipping charge is 150 INR for Order(s) under 2500 INR
Customer/Buyer is responsible for giving the correct address.

International (Abroad India)

We ship on all working days (except Saturday, Sunday, public holidays, regional holidays).
Orders may take from 15 to 20 days to Deliver.
Some products may have a special lead time, So kindly go through the products information page before you place an order.
To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship via reputed logistics services with tracking.
In case of any issue related to the delivery of the order, the customer has to report us within 10 days from the date of order shipping, no complaint after 10 days will be entertained.
The shipping charge is 45 USD via Fed-ex priority International.
Customer/Buyer is responsible for giving the correct address.
If the Product comes back to us, in case of wrong address or contact number, Customer will have to bear the recurring cost for the shipping.

Cancellation & refund

Domestic (Pan India)

If you want to cancel your order. Please contact us within 24 hours at +91-9057213367. Office timing 11 am - 6 pm (Monday- Friday)
After 24 hours of placing the order. No cancellation will be allowed.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us at thestopmocogarage@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect.
We will not accept any cancellation or refund request after 7 days of delivery.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect.
If you are entitled to a replacement, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price only if we run out of stock.
The refunded amount will be reflected in your bank within 8-10 working days

International (Abroad India)
